Patricia Finneran, a media impact specialist and producer, has directed programs at AFI, Doc Society, and Sundance, and has worked as a program consultant, educator, and facilitator for organizations worldwide. She recently spearheaded the StoryBoard Impact Fund, collaborating with organizations at the forefront of the media impact ecosystem and supporting over 30 international film projects. She founded Story Matters in order to advance the power of creative media to drive positive social change. Story Matters provides strategic consultation to change-makers and independent media makers and produces high-impact media programs and projects.

Experience
At Sundance she represented the Documentary Fund around the world and was Series Producer on 'Stories of Change' with Skoll Foundation. Launched the international film exchange program 'Film Forward.' *. Led the SILVERDOCS Documentary Festival to become the largest doc festival in the US and created the International Documentary Conference. * Directed the rollout and raised program funds for Good Pitch Local, a program of Doc Society, which supports creation of short form media to catalyze social change.
